2025-Outlaws: Fashion Renegades of 80s London - Fashion & Textiles Museum London- Exhibition centering around the legendary nightclub Taboo, opened by designer and performance artist Leigh Bowery in 1985. Jewellery pieces, and original design work, badges & flyers produced for own Bardi Chapel label, for Mark & Syrie’s ‘Tourist Chic’ collection and Shoom Nightclub featured in exhibition
2024-Art of Noise- SFMOMA-San Francisco Museum of Modern Art- Major exhibition and multi-sensory ode to how design has changed the way we’ve experienced music over the past 100 years. Icons of graphic design by Milton Glaser and others. Mid-century modern album covers, as well as hip-hop, punk, and rave flyers complete this expansive display of incredible color and creativity.- Original Flyers and graphic design for Shoom Club London included.
2019- Lydia Rodriguez NYC SALON #8 – Contributor: March 9-18 2019. The theme of the salon was the T-SHIRT- “an iconic item of clothing that simply suits many people of diverse backgrounds and genders. ' much like the suit - it really works'. In keeping with the theme of the Salon N0thing Editions reached out to talented New York illustrators/artists to customize an existing n0thing T-Shirt, for exhibition and sale at the salon with 10% of the sales of any of the one off T-s will going to SAGE https://www.sageusa.org/ Advocacy & Services for LGBT Elders.
2016- National Gallery of Victoria NGV- 200 Years of Australian Fashion, Exhibition- Over 120 works from more than ninety designers are presented in this exhibition – the major survey of Australian fashion. Knitwear and printed textile garments featured in exhibition, produced under own Michelangelo label – early 1980’s
2015-One Nation under a Groove- Exhibition - Southbank Centre London. An exhibition exploring love, friendship & closeness within musical subcultures. Jewellery pieces, and original design work, badges & flyers produced under Bardi Chapel label featured in exhibition.
2013-Club to Catwalk- Exhibition- V&A Museum London, Through more than 85 outfits, Club to Catwalk: London Fashion in the 1980s showcased the bold and exciting new looks by the most experimental young designers of the decade. Fashion Jewellery designed and produced under Bardi Chapel label included and featured in the exhibition.
2004-eCHO exhibition –– Fashion Space Gallery- London College of Fashion – Originating in Queensland Australia, the echo research project investigated 18th and 19th Century
costumes. Curated by Paula Orrell the exhibition was a group show of garments, photographs, textiles, jewellery and fine art, which also explored the complex interaction between the viewer and the garment- focusing on curation and interpretation. Series of 9 Colour ‘C’ type prints
2003- Exposed - New Photography - Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design – Charing Cross Road London WC1. Group Exhibition –– 23 emerging Photographers exhibiting work completed for Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Studies in Photography at CSM. Installation series of 4 colour handprinted, framed ‘C’ type prints- 61 x 80 cm , Digital print on Aluminum- 84.1 x 118.9 cm , portfolio of 100 -C type handprints prints 21 x 29.7 cm, portfolio of 200 -35mm transparencies.
Maxx power capstone project- My interest in subcultures led me to explore the vibrant car enthusiast and modification scene in Peterborough during the early 2000s, through photos, films, and interviews. Fueled by the energy of rave music, speed, and competition, this laddish culture pushed the boundaries of automotive performance and aesthetics. The vivid colors, materials, and sleek bodywork, influenced by California style, stood in stark contrast to the muted British landscape, creating a striking backdrop for the work
